1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DanceCut Pro's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Services Description
DanceCut Pro provides custom music editing services for dance studios, teams, and choreographers.
Our services include editing, cutting, mixing, and arranging music tracks for use in dance performances
and competitions.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate contact and project information
• Submit only music you have the legal right to use or edit
• Respond to revision requests and communications in a timely manner
• Use completed edits only for their intended purpose (performances, competitions, rehearsals)
• Pay all fees according to your selected plan or project agreement
4. Music Licensing and Copyright
Important: DanceCut Pro provides music editing services only. We do not provide music licensing.
You are solely responsible for:
• Obtaining proper licenses for any music you submit for editing
• Ensuring you have the right to use, edit, and perform the music
• Compliance with competition rules regarding music usage
• Any copyright claims or disputes related to your music
DanceCut Pro is not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from music you submit or how
you use the edited tracks.
5. Pricing and Payment
Monthly Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically
unless cancelled.
Single Edits: Payment is due before work begins on your project.
Rush Fees: Same-day or expedited delivery may incur additional fees as outlined in your plan or
quote.
Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not provided once work has begun. If you
are unsatisfied with a completed edit, we will work with you through revisions to meet your needs.
6. Revisions
Revision policies vary by plan. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after
delivery (typically 14 days for active projects). Revision requests should include clear, specific feedback
to help us deliver what you need.
7. Delivery and Turnaround
We strive to meet all stated turnaround times. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary
based on project complexity, revision requests, and current workload. DanceCut Pro is not liable for
delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Ownership and Usage Rights
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the edited audio for dance
performances, competitions, and rehearsals. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the edited
tracks. The underlying music remains subject to its original copyright and licensing terms.
9. File Retention
We retain project files for a reasonable period to facilitate revisions and re-delivery requests. We
recommend downloading and backing up all delivered files promptly. DanceCut Pro is not responsible
for maintaining indefinite archives of your projects.
10. Limitation of Liability
DanceCut Pro provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are
not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our
Services, including but not limited to:
• Competition results or judging decisions
• Technical issues during performances
• Lost revenue or opportunities
• Copyright claims from third parties
Our total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific
project or month of service in question.
11. Cancellation
Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of
your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Seasonal Commitments: If you have committed to a seasonal package, early cancellation may forfeit
any discounts received.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms,
engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for services rendered.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email
or website notice.
